Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated MBA (HR) graduates to join our HR team as HR Executives/Generalists. The selected candidates will be involved in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams to fulfill recruitment requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and databases.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Required Skills
- MBA/PGDM specialization in Human Resources.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
