Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and increase sales of UPVC and Aluminium doors & windows. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, client acquisition, lead generation, follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, builders, architects, contractors, and other channels.
- Identify and approach potential customers for UPVC/Aluminium doors and windows.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, architects, contractors, interior designers, dealers, and individual customers.
- Visit project sites and understand customer requirements.
- Explain product specifications, features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.




- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and new customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Required Skills
- Business Development / Field Sales experience.
- Experience in UPVC Doors & Windows, Aluminium, Building Materials, Construction Materials, or Interior Products is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid lead generation and customer conversion skills.
- Ability to handle field visits independently.
- Good knowledge of Chennai locations.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.

Education
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Sales or Marketing qualification will be an added advantage.
