Position: Accounts Executive – Accounts & Taxation

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Accounts Executive who can independently manage day-to-day accounting, payroll processing and statutory compliances.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax/ITR, payroll, Tally and MS Excel and should be comfortable handling regular accounting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers and supporting documents.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation.
- Maintain cash and bank records.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and MIS.

2. GST Compliance
- Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.




- Perform GST input/output reconciliation.
- Reconcile purchase data with GSTR-2B.
- Handle GST payments and compliance deadlines.
- Assist with GST annual return and other GST-related requirements.
- Handle GST notices and coordinate with consultants/authorities when required.

3. TDS & Income Tax
- Calculate and process TDS.
- Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns.
- Maintain TDS records and certificates.
- Assist in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing for individuals/businesses.
- Assist with income-tax computations, tax payments and related documentation.
- Coordinate with CA/tax consultants for assessments, notices and other tax matters.

4. Payroll
- Prepare monthly salary/payroll.
- Calculate deductions such as TDS, PF, ESIC and Professional Tax, wherever applicable.
- Maintain employee salary records.
