About the Role

Inobal is looking for a proactive, confident, and result-oriented Human Resources Executive who can independently manage recruitment while supporting day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong candidate sourcing and communication skills, with the ability to identify, interview, follow up with, and successfully hire the right candidates for different roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.
- Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen applications and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role suitability.




- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with shortlisted and selected candidates until joining.
- Work on multiple vacancies simultaneously and achieve assigned weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions for open positions.
- Handle offer letters, appointment letters, onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and internal processes.
- Handle employee queries, exit formalities, and required HR documentation.
- Prepare regular recruitment and HR reports for management.
