Role Description
The Head of Communications is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for defining and leading Bard & butter’s overall communications strategy. This role oversees all internal and external communications with beands, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging aligned with the collective’s values and creative philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing communication plans, managing external and internal communications,



and guiding narrative development across channels. The Head of Communications will collaborate closely with creative, strategy, production and leadership teams to maintain brand voice, support business objectives, and strengthen stakeholder relationships. The role also involves mentoring team members, setting communication standards, and measuring the impact of communication initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong strategic communications skills, with experience developing and executing long-term communication plans.
