About the Role

Luna Skin & Aesthetics is looking for a qualified, experienced and responsible Clinic Manager / Aesthetic Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the clinic, team coordination, patient experience, treatment coordination and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and supervise the complete day-to-day operations of the clinic.

* Coordinate doctors, cosmetologists, therapists, nurses, reception and support staff.

* Manage patient appointments, consultations, follow-ups and treatment schedules.

* Coordinate and monitor all skin, hair and aesthetic treatments offered at the clinic.

* Ensure smooth coordination of treatments such as:

* Hydra Facial & Advanced Facials

* Chemical Peels

* Laser Hair Removal

* Q-Switch / Skin Laser Treatments

* Acne & Pigmentation Treatments

* Skin Brightening Treatments

* Anti-Ageing Treatments

* Hair & Scalp Treatments

* PRP / GFC and other hair procedures

* Botox & Dermal Fillers

* Microneedling / Advanced Skin Procedures





* Bridal & Premium Skin Programs

* Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, consumables and products are properly maintained and available.

* Monitor hygiene, sterilization, safety and clinic cleanliness standards.

* Assist doctors and clinical staff in maintaining smooth treatment workflows.

* Handle patient queries, feedback and service-related concerns professionally.

* Maintain patient records, treatment schedules, follow-up records and daily reports.

* Monitor inventory of skincare products, medicines, consumables and clinic supplies.

* Coordinate stock purchasing and communicate requirements to management.

* Supervise staff attendance, punctuality, grooming and daily responsibilities.

* Train and guide front-office and treatment staff regarding clinic procedures and patient handling.

* Monitor daily revenue, billing, collections and treatment package sales.

* Follow up with patients for pending
