About the role

We are looking for a
high-performing Sales Head
to lead business development for our
Branding & Creative Services division
.

This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with strong experience in
branding, creative, advertising, digital marketing, or agency services
, and a proven track record of acquiring and growing relationships with international clients.

You will be responsible for driving new business across the
USA, UK, Europe, Canada, and UAE
, engaging with senior decision-makers and converting high-value opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive
international B2B sales
for branding, creative, digital marketing, and experience design services.
- Identify, prospect, qualify, and convert
high-value international leads
.
- Build relationships with
Founders, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, and senior decision-makers
.
- Own the complete sales cycle — from
prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure
.
- Lead client presentations, pitches, proposal discussions,



and commercial negotiations.
- Understand client business challenges and collaborate with
creative, strategy, and delivery teams
to develop customized solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Drive
upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business
from existing clients.
- Research target markets, competitors, industry trends, and emerging business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve
monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
.
- Represent the company at relevant
industry events, networking forums, conferences, and business meetings
.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates.

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience
in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or related roles.
- Prior experience in a
Branding Agency, Creative Agency, Advertising Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, or similar services business
