Role Overview
We’re looking for an Audiologist to manage audiometry and vision screening as part of the standard health screening journey.
This role operates a largely self-contained station, ensuring accurate testing, efficient throughput, and clear reporting of findings.
You will play a key role in identifying early indicators of hearing and vision issues and flagging them for further clinical review.
What You’ll Do
Conduct Audiometry Tests
Operate audiometry equipment and sound booth
Perform hearing assessments as per protocol
Conduct Vision Screening
Perform standard vision tests using appropriate equipment
Ensure accurate measurement and documentation
Generate & Document Reports
Record test results clearly and accurately
Prepare structured reports for review by screening doctors
Flag Significant Findings
Identify abnormal or concerning results
Escalate findings for further clinical evaluation
Ensure Smooth Station Throughput
Manage flow of members efficiently at the station
Maintain predictable and timely screening experience
Maintain Equipment & Quality Standards
Ensure calibration and upkeep of audiometry and vision equipment
Follow hygiene and operational protocols
Skills & Qualification
BSc / MSc in Audiology or relevant field
2–5 years of experience in audiometry or diagnostic roles
Familiarity with vision screening procedures is a plus
Attention to detail in testing and reporting
Ability to manage independent stations efficiently
Solid communication and patient interaction skills
Understanding of basic clinical workflows
