We need someone with 1 -4 years experience SOURCING CVS for various positions in non - IT manufacturing all functions and domains ( Engineering, Light & heavy Engineering, Process Industrye , EPC,

You have a outstanding understanding of various job roles and to SOURCE from First competitor list and subsequently has good experience to SOURCE CVS from Similar industry

Our Recruitment teams are siloed as per the specific competency required for each job role such as:

Sourcer-




Will source CVs for various positions from Job Portals Naukri and LinkedIn

Recruiter
- Will engage with candidates already Sourced by the SOURCER

Team Leader-
Engages with candidates for Senior position and Leads the team of Sourcer & Recruiters

CRM/Account Manag
er - Basically Client front ending and interaction role
