About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive CRM professional with 2–5 years of experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships throughout the post-sales journey and ensuring a smooth experience from booking to possession/handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end CRM and post-sales activities for real estate projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking.
- Handle customer queries, requests, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, and Operations teams for timely resolution of customer requirements.
- Manage customer documentation including booking forms, allotment letters, agreements, payment receipts, NOCs, and other relevant documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding payment schedules, outstanding payments, and collections.




- Track customer accounts, payment milestones, documentation status, and project-related updates.
- Coordinate the registration, possession, and handover process.
- Maintain accurate customer information and communication records in CRM software.
- Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports, customer status reports, collection reports, and pending activity reports.
- Ensure timely communication of project updates, payment demands, possession schedules, and other important information to customers.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely closure while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support customer retention and referral initiatives.
- Ensure all CRM processes and customer documentation are maintained accurately and in accordance with company policies.
