We’re looking for someone who can
turn conversations into conversions
through active, engaging chats.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with leads through
Instagram, WhatsApp, and other chat platforms
.
- Understand customers’ fitness goals and recommend the right GETSETFIT program.
- Build genuine conversations and maintain active follow-ups.
- Handle questions and objections confidently.
- Convert conversations into memberships and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain lead and conversion records.




- Coordinate with the team for a smooth customer onboarding experience.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in
sales, counselling, business development, or chat-based customer service
.
- Excellent written English and strong conversational skills.
- Natural, persuasive, and confident communication style.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Target-driven with strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- Genuine interest in
fitness, nutrition, and wellness
.
- Hindi/regional languages are a plus.
- BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)
