Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate recent business opportunities and promote the company's Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV Surveillance, and Security Solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their security requirements, preparing quotations, conducting site visits, following up with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers for Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, and Security Systems.
- Visit commercial, industrial, residential, corporate, and other customer sites.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable security solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and coordinate with the technical team for system requirements.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.




- Explain product features, benefits, technical specifications, and solutions to customers.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls, emails, and site visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, builders, and system integrators.
- Coordinate with the technical/project team for installation and project execution requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers within company guidelines.
- Convert leads into orders and achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a database of leads, enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Generate sales from AMC, service, upgrades, and replacement requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure proper coordination after order confirmation.
