hands-on Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-caliber
front-end and back-end engineers
- Design and develop
user-facing full-stack applications
- Build reusable front-end and back-end components and libraries
- Optimize applications for
performance across web-capable devices and browsers
- Optimize backend systems for




high-scale workloads
- Contribute to
architecture, system design, and NFRs
- Design databases and data models across
RDBMS and NoSQL databases
- Design and implement
secure, scalable, and high-performance APIs
- Troubleshoot and debug complex
JavaScript and production issues
- Develop
enterprise-quality solutions from scratch
, selecting the right technology based on the problem
- Translate functional requirements into
effective and scalable technical solutions
- Work hands-on with
coding, production debugging, and DevOps

Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 6+ years
of software development experience, including at least
1 year as a Tech Lead
- Strong hands-on experience with
Node.js
- Strong understanding of
React.js or Vue.js
and their core principles
- Experience with
PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Python, and Microservices
- Solid experience in
API implementation
