We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A;) to support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance analysis within a fast-paced global organization. The ideal candidate will have robust analytical capabilities, experience supporting US-based operations, and a proven ability to partner with business leaders to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, identifying trends, variances, and key business drivers.
- Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and management reporting packages to support informed decision-making.




- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, growth opportunities, profitability, and investment decisions.
- Analyze revenue, gross margin, utilization, headcount, and other operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business and leadership teams to improve financial performance and operational effectiveness.
- Support strategic planning initiatives, business reviews, and executive-level presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting, forecasting, and financial analytics processes through automation and technology.
- Participate in finance transformation initiatives leveraging AI, analytics, and workflow optimization tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and reporting accuracy through platforms such as Zoho, QuickBooks, and other business intelligence solutions.
