1. To supervise daily production plans and communicate targets to the line team.

2. Ensure achievement of hourly, daily, and monthly productions targets.

3. Monitor line output continuously and take corrective action for short falls

4. Balance manpower and operation to maintain smooth production flow

5.Allocate operators according to skill and operation requirements.

6. Monitor attendance, absenteeism, discipline and productivity

7. Motivate the team to improve productivity and efficiency

8. Ensure production is carried out according to the approved samples and specifications and quality standards.

9. Monitor hourly production efficiency , downtime and bottlenecks

10. Co-ordinate with planning, cutting, quality, Maint, stroes and finishing depts

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
