Role & responsibilities

1. Brief Management: Understand and take detailed briefs from the Marketing Team and ensure all requirements are clearly communicated internally.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Design, System/Engineering, Development, Production and Quality Teams for smooth project execution.
3. Project Follow-up: Regularly follow up on projects from briefing to design, development, production and dispatch to ensure timely completion.
4. Production Coordination: Closely monitor production schedules, progress and bottlenecks and proactively highlight delays.
5. Development & Prototype: Coordinate with the Development Team for prototypes, modifications, approvals and finalisation.
6. Marketing Updates: Keep the Marketing Team regularly updated on project status, timelines, pending approvals and potential delays.
7. Timeline Management: Maintain project-wise timelines and trackers and ensure committed deadlines are followed.
8. External Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors,



contractors and installation teams for timely execution of on-site branding/installation activities.
9. Issue Resolution: Identify execution challenges and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure quick resolution.
10. Documentation: Maintain project briefs, drawings, approvals, revisions, production status and other relevant project documentation.
11. MIS & Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports and highlight critical pending actions to management.
12. Project Ownership: Take end-to-end coordination responsibility and ensure effective communication between the Marketing Team and execution teams until project closure.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in POSM/POP, retail display, fabrication, printing, packaging or manufacturing.
2. Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
3. Valuable understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
