We are seeking a high-performing Senior Lead - Sales/Marketing & Demand Generation to drive overall business growth for our IT Services & Consulting firm, with a specialized focus on Salesforce CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine expertise in B2B lead generation, content marketing, outbound email strategies, and hands-on AI tools to build scalable pipeline engines, pitch value propositions, and convert enterprise tech prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline & Lead Generation: Plan and execute multi-channel strategies to generate high-quality MQLs and SQLs specifically for IT consulting, cloud services, and Salesforce CRM projects.
- Pitching, Nurturing & Follow-ups: Lead the outbound outreach workflow. Craft high-converting pitch messaging, manage follow-up cadences, and build strong relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Tech/Ops).
- Content Marketing & LinkedIn: Create and publish thought-leadership content, case studies, whitepapers, and campaign copy across LinkedIn and industry channels to position our firm as a leader.




- Email Marketing & Outbound Automation: Design, segment, and run cold email campaigns and automated lead nurturing sequences to consistently convert cold contacts into sales calls.
- AI-Powered Sales & Marketing Efficiency: Hands-on integration of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI prospecting agents, agile copy generators) into daily marketing and outbound sales workflows to maximize team productivity and boost pipeline ROI.
- Sales & Revenue Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoffs, maintain continuous pipeline flow, and maximize deal conversion rates.
