Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the execution of merger and acquisition transactions, ensuring successful deal closure and integration.
- Develop and implement corporate development strategies to drive growth through M&A; activities.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Oversee due diligence processes to identify potential risks and opportunities in target companies.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in mergers and acquisitions.
- Proven track record of successfully executing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of investment banking principles and practices related to M&A; transactions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients, investors, and internal teams.
