1. Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and industry standards.
- Knowledge of structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and design concepts.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in construction materials, quality standards, and safety regulations.

2. Project Management
- Planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
- Coordinating with contractors, architects, consultants, and clients.
- Resource management, including labour, materials, and equipment.
- Ensuring projects are completed within time, budget, and quality parameters.

3. Site Supervision
- Managing day-to-day construction activities.
- Ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety norms.
- Conducting inspections and supervising site teams for smooth workflow.

Quality Control & Assurance
- Implementing QA/QC procedures on site.
- Checking materials and workmanship to maintain standards.
- Identifying defects and ensuring corrective actions.

5. Communication & Coordination
- Explicit communication with clients, teams, vendors, and management.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.

6. Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to identify technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Managing unexpected site challenges and making quick decisions.
- Ensuring smooth and uninterrupted project progress.

7. Leadership & Team Management
- Leading site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Motivating workers and maintaining discipline on site.
