As an
HR Executive
, you will play a strategic leadership role in managing the entire HR function, including recruitment, policy implementation, employee engagement, compliance, learning & development, and performance management. You will ensure a positive work culture while aligning HR practices with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
- Develop hiring strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Oversee screening, interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
- Design and manage smooth onboarding and induction programs.
- Oversee employee documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse attrition trends.

Employee Engagement & Relations
- Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive work environment.
- Address employee concerns and grievances with empathy and fairness.
- Plan engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and employee welfare programs.
- Promote a culture of transparency, teamwork, and accountability.

HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and supervise HR records, HRMS, and employee databases.
- Oversee attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and salary inputs.
- Prepare HR reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of employee information.

Policy Implementation & Compliance
