Compensation

Commission-Based Role — No Fixed Salary
- 15% commission on successfully closed projects up to USD 1,500
- 10% commission on successfully closed projects above USD 1,500

Commission is earned when a qualified chance generated by the BDR results in a successfully closed client deal and the applicable client payment is received by MarketHuge Industries, according to the BDR Agreement.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR),



your responsibility will be to create and develop qualified sales opportunities for AutoNEO.

You will handle the initial stage of the sales process by contacting prospects, understanding their business challenges, qualifying their requirements, and arranging meetings with our Sales Closers.

Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential business prospects through approved channels such as calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Conduct initial conversations with potential clients.
- Understand prospect business needs and challenges.
- Qualify leads based on requirements, interest, and suitability for AutoNEO.
- Explain AutoNEO's basic value proposition to interested prospects.
- Schedule qualified meetings with the Sales Closer team.
- Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate lead information and communication records.
- Share relevant prospect information with Sales Closers before meetings.
