Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Financial Reporting Team. The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA with a strong foundation in accounting and financial reporting standards. This role involves the preparation and analysis of financial statements under IGAAP, IND AS implementation, compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, and preparation of public disclosures in line with IRDAI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of core working group of transition and implementation of IND AS (Indian Accounting Standards).
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP (IGAAP).
- Preparation of Schedules and reconciliation on a monthly basis.
- Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting to IRDAI and other regulatory bodies.
- Assist in preparation and review of public disclosures, including quarterly and annual reports.




- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for financial audits.
- Perform variance analysis and reconciliations for key financial items.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for reporting processes.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting and regulatory standards applicable to the insurance sector.
- Support the automation and process improvement initiatives within the financial reporting team.

Skills:
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles (IGAAP & IND AS)
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Familiarity with insurance financial reporting is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under strict deadlines.
