Role Description
The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India, responsible for overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight related to PGIMER’s interests and initiatives. The individual in this role will guide long-term planning, resource allocation, and partnership development, ensuring alignment with institutional goals in education, research, and patient care. Daily responsibilities include supervising senior staff,



reviewing performance metrics, making policy-level decisions, and overseeing budgets and compliance with relevant regulations. The role also involves representing the institution in high-level meetings, cultivating relationships with government bodies and healthcare organizations, and promoting a culture of ethical practice, innovation, and academic rigor.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior leadership or ownership roles within healthcare, education, or research institutions.
- Robust strategic planning, organizational management, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in governance, policy development, and regulatory compliance in the health or education sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Background in medicine, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MD, PhD, MBA in Healthcare Management
