Job Description

We are hiring an experienced AVP – Finance with robust Finance & Accounting expertise. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience working with global teams.

Key Requirements
- 12–14 years of Finance & Accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP & IFRS
- R2R (Record to Report)
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations
- KPI reporting and analysis
- Advanced Excel & financial systems
- Global/remote team management
- Strong stakeholder & client communication skills

Shift Timings: 1:30 PM–10:30 PM / 2:30 PM–11:30 PM
