Roles and Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to students, parents, and educational institutions to promote educational programs.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about courses offered by the institution.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, interactions, and follow-ups with clients.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by management for call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- Freshers or recent graduates with excellent communication skills (spoken English).
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar role or industry (education/training).
- Robust convincing power to handle objections and close deals over phone calls.
- Proficiency in using computer software applications such as CRM systems.
