Performance Marketing Specialist with robust expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Lead Generation campaigns
.

Your primary responsibility will be to plan, execute, optimize, and scale
Meta advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads at an efficient Cost Per Lead (CPL)
.

You will manage campaigns for clients across industries such as
Real Estate, Education, Healthcare, and other lead-generation-focused businesses
.

We are looking for someone who understands that successful performance marketing is not just about generating cheap leads — it is about generating
relevant, qualified leads that have the potential to convert into business
.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize
Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
.
- Manage
Lead Generation, Website Conversion, WhatsApp, Retargeting, and related performance campaigns
.
- Optimize campaigns for
qualified leads, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and overall campaign performance
.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets of approximately
₹8–15 Lakhs




across multiple client accounts.
- Build and test
Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, Retargeting Audiences, and interest-based audiences
.
- Develop campaign structures and budget allocation strategies.
- Monitor campaigns daily and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Conduct
A/B testing
across creatives, ad copy, audiences, offers, lead forms, and landing pages.
- Analyze lead quality and identify which campaigns, audiences, and creatives are producing better business outcomes.
- Work with the creative team to develop performance-focused ad creatives.
- Coordinate with landing page and development teams to improve conversion rates.
- Track campaign performance using
Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, GA4, and other analytics tools
.
- Troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Manage Google Ads campaign
