Job Title: Influencer Marketing Executive

Job Description:
- Influencer Marketing Executive manages and executes influencer marketing campaigns across multiple regions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in influencer outreach, and the ability to coordinate with creators from onboarding to campaign completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and talent managers.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns, including product dispatch, content approvals, publishing schedules, and payment follow-ups.
- Communicate professionally through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
- Ensure influencers adhere to campaign guidelines and brand requirements.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Logistics, Design, and Finance to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Maintain an updated influencer database, campaign tracker, and performance records.
- Stay updated on influencer trends, social media platforms, and competitor activities.

Reporting:
- This role will report directly to Digital Marketing Coordinator/Marketing Manager

Skills Required:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to communicate in Hindi. Kannada is a strong advantage.
- Strong email writing and professional communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Positive knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and influencer marketing trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
