- Requirements: 12+ years in R&D; / Product Development
- Strong experience in Cosmetics / Personal Care OR Beverages NPD, formulation, testing & scale-up experience
- Team management & product innovation experience
- FMCG / Manufacturing / Consumer Brand experience preferred
