Position: Senior Costing Manager – Billing & Tendering

Location: Mumbai

Department: Commercial / Projects Experience: 5 to 7+ Years

Relevant Commercial Costing Experience: 2–4 Years (Mandatory)

CTC Range: (*Hike will be given on last drawn salary)

Preference: Interior Design, Interior Fit-outs, Commercial Interiors, Construction, Architecture, Turnkey Projects

Primary Objective

To drive project profitability through accurate cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, budgeting, billing, cost control, and commercial analysis for interior fit-out projects.

Primary Purpose of this role is to:

Estimate project costs accurately before bidding or proposal submission.

Control project budgets during execution.

Improve profitability through effective cost planning and value engineering.

Monitor material, labour, and sub-contractor costs.

Support management in commercial decision-making.

Job Specifications:

Relevant experience of 2-4 years in commercial interior projects mandatory.

Strong knowledge of BOQ, costing, and tendering.

Positive command of Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
