Key Responsibilities
- Lead Scan-to-BIM projects from point cloud to final BIM models
- Guide and support a team of BIM engineers
- Handle Architecture, Structure, and MEP coordination
- Review BIM models from internal team and vendors
- Ensure models match scan data and project requirements
- Resolve technical issues and support team in complex cases
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors
- Ensure timely delivery with required quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

Core Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in BIM / Scan-to-BIM projects
- Experience in Architecture, Structure, and MEP modeling in Revit
- Strong knowledge of point cloud to BIM workflow
- Experience in clash detection and coordination (Navisworks preferred)




- Ability to review and correct BIM models
- Experience in leading or guiding a small team

Technical Skills
- Revit (Architecture + Structure + MEP)
- Point cloud / Scan-to-BIM understanding
- Navisworks (clash detection & coordination preferred)

Soft Skills
- Team handling and coordination
- Robust problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills

Preferred Experience
- Experience in international Scan-to-BIM projects
- Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650 preferred)
- Experience working with vendors / outsourced BIM teams
