JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dedicated and creative Social Media Manager to take complete end-to-end ownership of our social media presence. From ideating and creating content to scheduling posts, running ad campaigns, and managing community interactions you will be the voice of Puja At Home online.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Creation: Design and produce engaging posts, reels, stories, and short videos for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube centered around pujas, Indian festivals, and NRI lifestyle
- Video Editing: Edit high-quality reels, short videos,



and promotional content using qualified editing tools
- Post Scheduling: Plan and schedule content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite to maintain a consistent posting calendar
- Ad Campaign Management: Set up, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to reach the NRI audience
- Community Management: Respond promptly to DMs, comments, and queries across all platforms in a warm and professional manner
- Organic Growth: Implement strategies to grow followers, increase reach, and boost engagement organically
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Festival Calendar Planning: Stay ahead of the Hindu festival calendar and plan content accordingly to maximize relevance and engagement
