Role Summary

The Technical Product Manager (TPM) is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of pharmacy software solutions, with a strong emphasis on system design and architecture integration. This role combines technical expertise, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant applications. The TPM owns the system design process—partnering closely with solution architects and engineering teams to define service boundaries, data flows, and integration patterns. Operating within the Scaled Agile Framework (Secure), the TPM drives product planning and execution across Agile Release Trains,



aligning closely with the Solution Product Manager to ensure that user stories contribute effectively to feature implementation and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Align with the Solution Product Manager to ensure product vision and roadmap reflect business priorities and system capabilities.

Translate business needs into technical requirements and system-level user stories.

Own product backlog prioritization and refinement in collaboration with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.

Agile Execution (Scaled Agile Framework – SAFe)

Serve as Product Owner within Agile Release Trains (ARTs), contributing to PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.

Define and manage user stories that support feature delivery, ensuring clarity, acceptance criteria, and traceability.

Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Scrum Masters, and System Architects to ensure timely d
