Aishwarya Group is a growing real estate company specializing in premium residential and commercial plots. We are looking for an experienced, target-oriented, and people-focused Sales Team Lead to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Monitor individual and team performance and ensure achievement of targets.
- Generate and convert leads through calls, referrals, campaigns, and other channels.
- Guide team members in lead qualification, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training sessions.
- Assist sales executives in handling high-value customers and closing deals.
- Track sales pipelines, conversions, site visits, and booking performance.




- Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and project promotions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of CRM and customer databases.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or related sales roles.
- Previous experience managing or leading a sales team is preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent customer relationship and team-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-mak
