Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Techno Functional Project Manager to lead strategic technology and compliance transformation initiatives within a highly regulated environment.

The role requires solid expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), CKYC, CERSAI integrations, customer onboarding, regulatory reporting, compliance risk management, and audit governance, combined with proven project/program delivery capabilities.

The incumbent will act as the key link between Business, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technology teams and external vendors, ensuring all solutions meet regulatory expectations, operational objectives, and enterprise technology standards.

Role & responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance Programs (Primary Focus)

AML, CKYC & CERSAI
- Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and modernization of AML, CKYC, and CERSAI-related technology platforms.
- Drive customer screening, customer risk categorization, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with RBI, FIU-IND, PMLA, CKYC Registry (CERSAI),



and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manage CKYC integration processes including:
- Customer data validation
- CKYC record generation and modification
- Data quality controls
- Regulatory submission timelines
- Exception handling and reconciliation
- Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to translate evolving regulatory requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Drive automation initiatives to strengthen compliance monitoring, customer lifecycle management, and regulatory reporting.
- Support AML investigations, alert management, risk scoring, sanctions screening, and suspicious transaction reporting processes.
- Ensure regulatory controls are embedded within system design, workflows, and operational processes.
- Serve as the primary technology liaison for Compliance, Risk, Operations, Business, and external regulatory solution providers.
