Role & responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SD and SCM processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including sales orders, deliveries, picking, packing, billing, and returns.
- Work on sales order management, pricing, availability checks, delivery processing, and billing.
- Configure and support integration between SD, MM, FI, and other SAP modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP technical/functional solutions.
- Support SAP HANA-based reporting, data analysis, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide permanent solutions.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and support projects.
- Prepare functional specifications,



configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.

Preferred candidate profile
- Strong SAP SD and SCM functional knowledge.
- Good understanding of end-to-end supply-chain and O2C processes.
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional SAP teams.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in implementation and production-support environments.
