(B) JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

1. Solution & Proposal Development
- Develop solution architectures, BOMs/BOQs, license sizing, and effort estimates against given customer requirements, in collaboration with product and delivery teams.
- Write high-quality technical proposals, executive summaries, and solution write-ups.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, PoCs, and technical presentations to client stakeholders.

2. Bid & Tender Management
- Analyse RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, and tender documents, including GeM, government e-procurement portals, and international RFPs, and extract requirements with precise section-level traceability.
- Build compliance matrices, requirement registers, gap analyses, and bid/no-bid assessments.
- Draft pre-bid clarification queries, track corrigenda, and manage bid timelines.
- Coordinate end-to-end bid submissions, including technical proposals, eligibility/PQ documentation, and financial bid formats.

3. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Track competitor offerings and positioning in the GIS, network inventory, and location intelligence markets.




- Support go-to-market initiatives, including sector strategy inputs, webinars, and sales enablement collateral.

4. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and partner ecosystems to shape winning bids, including consortium and partner-led opportunities.
- Represent the company in pre-bid meetings, client workshops, and technical evaluations.

(C) QUALIFICATION & SKILL-SET

Experience
- 8 years of experience in pre-Sales, preferably within the Telecom / GIS domain.

Technical & Solution Skills
- Experience in solution architecture, BOMs/BOQs, license sizing, and effort estimation.
- Robust understanding of technical proposal development and solution write-ups.
- Experience in preparing and delivering product demonstrations, PoCs, and technical presentations.

Bid & Tender Management
- Strong experience in analysing RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, and tender documents.
