The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the complete procurement process for the restaurant, ensuring the timely availability of food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, kitchen supplies, cleaning materials, and other operational requirements at the right quality and cost.

The role will involve vendor management, price negotiation, purchase planning, inventory coordination, cost control, quality checks, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining company procurement policies and standards.

The Store Manager will work closely with Operations, Kitchen, Finance, Stores, and Management to understand requirements and ensure uninterrupted restaurant operations.

Key Focus Areas:
- Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure procurement of quality products at competitive prices.
- Plan purchases based on inventory levels, consumption,



and business requirements.
- Coordinate with Kitchen and Operations teams for daily/weekly requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality, and timely delivery.
- Maintain purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and procurement records.
- Control purchasing costs and minimize wastage and excess inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval processes.
- Coordinate with Finance for invoice verification and payment-related matters.
- Conduct regular market surveys to identify better pricing and new suppliers.
- Ensure proper documentation and transparency in all procurement activities.
- Support new store openings by arranging required materials, equipment, and supplies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
