Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Department: Supply Chain Manager

Location: [Changodar, Ahmedabad Gujarat, India]

Salary: INR 3 - 6.5 Lacs per annum (Depend on interview)

Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering + MBA (or any relevant post-graduate degree)

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall supply chain strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives. Provide vision and direction to the supply chain team.

· Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including planning, sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and distribution. Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

· Demand Planning & Forecasting:



Develop and implement robust demand planning and forecasting processes to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stock outs.

· Supplier Management: Establish and maintain robust relationships with key suppliers. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

· Logistics & Distribution: Optimize logistics and distribution networks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers. Manage transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.

· Technology & Innovation: Implement and leverage technology solutions to improve supply chain visibility, automation, and efficiency. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
