Role Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns focused on high-quality lead generation, brand positioning, and revenue growth. This role requires a performance marketer who understands funnels, conversions, CPL optimization, and ROI tracking. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Plan and execute paid campaigns on: o Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) o LinkedIn Ads (B2B targeting) o Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Generate qualified leads for: o Corporate training o Certification programs o Enterprise solutions Optimize CPL, CTR, ROAS, and overall campaign performance. Build and optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates. Create retargeting strategies and remarketing funnels. Marketing Strategy & Funnel Management Design complete digital marketing funnel (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU). Create campaign strategies aligned with sales targets. Coordinate closely with sales team to improve MQL to SQL conversion. Track and report weekly/monthly marketing KPIs.



Implement CRM integration and lead tracking. SEO & Organic Growth Plan and execute SEO strategies (On-page & Off-page). Keyword research for IT training & enterprise tech domains. Improve website ranking and organic traffic. Optimize blog content and landing pages. Email & Automation Create email marketing workflows. Lead nurturing campaigns. Database segmentation and automation. A/B testing for email campaigns. Social Media & Brand Positioning Manage LinkedIn brand presence. Create qualified campaign creatives & ad copies. Plan webinar promotions & event campaigns. Increase engagement and brand visibility. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads. Proven track record in B2B lead generation. Experience managing monthly ad budgets. Knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
