About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export Sales Coordinator to manage and support our international sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating export business through email marketing, customer follow-ups, lead generation, product promotion, and coordination with international customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and an interest in developing business across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop international customers, distributors, dealers, and business opportunities.
- Conduct B2B email marketing campaigns to promote company products in international markets.
- Prepare and send professional product introduction emails, quotations, catalogs, and promotional materials to prospective customers.
- Generate leads through online research, business directories, LinkedIn, trade portals, and other B2B platforms.
- Regularly follow up with international prospects through email, WhatsApp, phone calls,



and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update the export customer and lead database/CRM.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical and sales teams for suitable product recommendations.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and sales enquiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, documentation, dispatch, and delivery.
- Assist in preparing export-related documents and coordinate with logistics/shipping teams when required.
- Track enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups to ensure timely conversion.
- Research new international markets and identify potential industries and companies that may require industrial equipment.
