Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate AI/ML Engineer with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about Generative AI, LLMs, automation, and AI-powered applications.

You will work closely with senior AI/ML engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to build and deploy AI tools, dashboards, micro-applications, automation workflows, and intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered applications across backend and frontend.
- Build REST APIs and backend services using Python, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, and Hugging Face.
- Develop AI-powered dashboards, internal tools, and automation solutions.
- Apply prompt engineering to improve AI output quality.
- Develop and support RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search.
- Build frontend components using React.js, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
- Rapidly prototype and experiment with new AI solutions.




- Debug AI pipelines, backend services, and data-processing workflows.
- Work with PostgreSQL, Supabase, and other databases.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in AI/ML, Software Development, Backend Development, or related fields.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend integrations.
- Basic knowledge of React.js, Next.js, or frontend development.
- Experience with LLM APIs – OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face, etc.
- Understanding of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI workflows.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
- Familiarity with Pinecone, FAISS, Supabase Vector, or similar vector databases.
