Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role . The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms to build brand awareness,



engage audiences, and support lead-generation efforts. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies and calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and monitoring daily performance metrics and trends. The role involves collaborating with marketing, design, and operations teams to align messaging with business objectives, responding to comments and messages, and managing community interactions in a timely and professional manner. The Social Media Manager will also track campaigns against defined KPIs, prepare regular performance reports, and recommend improvements based on data and best practices.
