Job Purpose:

The HR Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, social media platforms, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Conduct initial telephonic interactions with candidates to assess interest and availability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Track candidate status and maintain recruitment records.

Recruitment Operations
- Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support campus hiring and walk-in recruitment drives.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and MIS.




- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA/PGDM (HR) pursuing or recently completed.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
