We sell through direct sales, distributor networks and OEM partnerships, and we’re scaling rapid. We’re hiring sales engineers to grow our presence across key territories.

Role Summary:

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll own the full sales cycle for our sample preparation and furnace product lines within an assigned territory — combining technical consultation with commercial closing. You’ll work directly with lab managers, QC heads,



R&D; teams and procurement decision-makers to understand their application needs and recommend the right equipment, while building and managing channel partners in your region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and close new business opportunities across our key segments — Cement, Minerals, Steel, Pharma & Life Science, Universities, CSIR Labs, IITs and other research institutions.
- Understand each customer’s technical and application requirements and recommend the appropriate equipment from our sample prep and furnace ranges.
- Prepare technical-commercial proposals, quotations and tender/EMD responses, and negotiate to closure.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and customer site visits.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and pipeline goals.
- Build, manage and grow distributor, channel-partner and OEM relationships in the territory.
