About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Communications & Field Operations Executive to be the voice and energy of our brand across both online and offline platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, executing campaigns, negotiating collaborations, and turning real-world experiences into engaging social media content.

You'll primarily work from our office, with regular field visits for college events, brand activations, vendor meetings, retail partnerships, collaborations, and other marketing activities.

You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and CEO, gaining hands-on exposure to how a growing health and nutrition brand is built.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & External Communication
- Act as a key point of contact with vendors, event organizers, college teams, retail partners, and other external stakeholders.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with offline partners and collaborators.
- Represent the brand professionally during events, meetings, and activations.

Campaign & Field Operations
- Assist in planning and executing offline marketing campaigns and brand activations.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Be comfortable travelling locally for events, collaborations, and other field activities.
- Handle on-ground requirements and solve unexpected execution challenges.

Partnerships & Negotiations
- Identify potential collaboration and activation opportunities.
- Communicate with potential partners and negotiate mutually beneficial barter and collaboration arrangements.
- Find ways to maximize brand visibility and value from partnerships and events.

Content & Social Media
- Generate creative ideas for social media content, campaigns, and brand activations.
- Identify compelling moments and opportunities during field activities
