We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, and financial planning activities.

The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of relevant accounting experience in the FMCG sector, with solid knowledge of accounting principles, GST/TDS compliance, financial reporting, inventory accounting, and FMCG business processes. The candidate should be proficient in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or Oracle, along with advanced MS Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payments, collections, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliances.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during financial and statutory audits.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare variance analysis and management reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Manage payroll accounting and ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Support cost analysis and inventory accounting, with a strong understanding of FMCG operations.
- Liaise with banks, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders regarding financial transactions and reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and support effective working-capital management.
