Work Schedule:
6 days per week

Work location:
Bangalore, Mahadevpura

Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day transportation activities, such as scheduling, route planning, and vehicle dispatch.
- Monitor shipment tracking and assure timely delivery.
- Manage vehicle maintenance and repair schedules to ensure fleet efficiency.
- To make the greatest use of available space, synchronize login and logout actions.

Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable transportation requirements (DOT, safety standards).
- Implement and monitor driver safety protocols, such as training and performance reviews.




- Investigate accidents and occurrences to determine the underlying reasons and prevent recurrence.

Cost Control:
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers to locate more cheap transportation options.
- Monitor power consumption and find opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze transportation expenses to discover possible savings.

Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor team members, including drivers, supervisors, and logistics coordinators.
- Create a culture of safety and responsibility within the transportation personnel.
- Conduct performance reviews and give comments to team members.
