About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AR Executive to own end-to-end receivables operations for our US client portfolio, delivered out of our India delivery center. This role drives cash flow performance, modernizes collections through AI and automation, and leads a small, high-performing team while acting as a trusted partner to US-based clients and internal stakeholders.

What You Will Do
- Own the full AR lifecycle for US client accounts — from invoice to cash , with direct accountability for DSO, collection rates, and dispute resolution
- Redesign and streamline AR processes to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce cycle times, and scale without adding headcount
- Deploy AI-driven tools (intelligent dunning, payment prediction, automated outreach) and drive adoption of AR automation platforms
- Build and sustain strong relationships with US client AP teams, account managers, and finance leadership across time zones
- Lead, coach,



and develop a small team based in India

What You Bring
- 10+ years in Accounts Receivable and Collections within IT services, consulting, or qualified services , with significant US client exposure from India
- A measurable track record of process transformation: reduced DSO, faster dispute resolution, or meaningful automation of manual workflows
- Real, hands-on experience with AI and automation in AR operations — not just awareness of it
- Strong command of Oracle ERP and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel)
- Executive-level communication skills — equally effective with a US CFO and a junior analyst on your team
- Prior people management experience with demonstrated ability to build accountability and performance culture
