Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Content Director with 7–10 years of experience in political content, media, journalism, digital campaigns, or political communications. The candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, leading the content team, and managing high-impact political communication across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies for political campaigns and digital platforms.
- Lead and manage writers, editors, designers, and content creators.
- Create compelling political content for social media, websites, videos, and campaigns.
- Understand political trends, public sentiment, current affairs, and voter behaviour.
- Coordinate with campaign, creative, social media, and leadership teams.
- Review and maintain quality, accuracy, tone, and consistency of all content.
- Plan campaign narratives, messaging,



and communication calendars.
- Monitor competitors, political trends, and digital engagement.
- Manage content delivery under tight deadlines and campaign schedules.

Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in political content, journalism, media, political consulting, or communications.
- Strong understanding of Indian politics and current affairs.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication and writing skills.
- Strong leadership, storytelling, and content strategy skills.
- Experience working on political campaigns or with political organizations is highly preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and work in a fast-paced environment.
