Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our




growing Global Capability Center (GCC)
in India. As the sole
HRBP
for a team of approximately 50 employees, you will work closely with business leaders to build a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workplace while establishing scalable HR practices and processes.

This role requires a proactive HR skilled who enjoys both strategic partnering and operational execution. You will be responsible for driving key HR initiatives
across the employee lifecycle
while ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and alignment with global HR policies.
